If you are an individual who is struggling to manage academic, career or parenting stressors, struggling with relationships, or who has difficulty managing emotional reactivity due to traumatic events in your history, I can help you through this in the space of mental health therapy. You are not alone and the therapeutic process will offer you hope.
I meet with individuals and couples and offer EMDR Therapy via telehealth therapy services as well as in office. I am located in Orange County, CA, and I serve residents of Garden Grove, Tustin, Costa Mesa, and many more communities!
Therapy is a unique and individual process that does not fit into a prescribed timeframe.
As a therapist who specializes in relational trauma and childhood wounds, I would be remiss not to prepare my clients of the intimate nature of therapy and the discomforts that come with processing deep pains. It is common and expected that we would need time to establish trust and comfortability before diving into all the parts of you that you may want me to get to know, all which is part of the healing process.
Depending on what brings you to see a me as your Mental Health Therapist, the frequency and duration of your treatment will vary from others who seek out therapy. I welcome your thoughts, and collaboratively we will define your treatment plan in your Initial Visit.
I schedule appointments on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays between the hours of 9am and 3pm. My last appointment of the day is at 3pm.
Whether you are looking to meet via telehealth or in my office (where I am easily accessible from Costa Mesa, Tustin, Anaheim, Garden Grove, and Orange as I am located off the 5/22/57 freeways in Orange County), I look forward to connecting with you!
I am a private-pay provider.
My rate for Individal Therapy is $185 for a standard 50-minute session and for Couples Therapy is $225 for a standard 75-minute session.
I accept payment via Cash, Check, or Credit Card. FSA or HSA cards are also acceptable forms of payment. Payment is due at the time of session.
To book a mental health therapy appointment via telehealth therapy or in person at my office in Orange County, CA (where I serve residents of Garden Grove, Tustin, Costa Mesa), I encourage you to pick up the phone and dial my number 657-203-2472 or send me an email.
If I do not answer your call immediately, please leave me a message expressing interest in booking an appointment, and allow me up to 24-48 business hours to respond. Please note: I do not return calls if there is no voicemail attached to the missed call.
If you have a PPO health plan with Out of Network benefits, I can provide you with a Superbill (i.e. treatment-specific document stating services of mental health therapy were rendered to you either in person or via telehealth therapy) that you submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Please understand that I do not guarantee reimbursement, and that you are responsible for paying my full fee at the time of service.
My time is reserved for you until I am notified. I respect the time and energy that you have invested into managing your mental health. Please reschedule or cancel our in-person mental health therapy or telehealth therapy sessions, as soon as possible via text, phone call, or email to avoid paying a sitting fee.
24 Hour Consistency Policy
Consistency in meeting with your Therapist is essential when starting off treatment and when things are going well. My goal is to offer you consistency when possible. I ask for the same from my clients to ensure consistency for all.
When cancellations or reschedules are made within 24 hours of your appointment, or you do not show for you scheduled session, you will be charged the full fee previously set for your session.
Under the No Surprises Act (H.R. 133) enacted on January 2, 2022 :
Clients have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
Clients have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
Clients can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
